Custom Order Policy

At Spin City Motor Club, we enjoy helping our customers, members, sponsors, and supporters create custom items that represent their passion for the automotive lifestyle. Whether you are ordering custom apparel, decals, club merchandise, event items, sponsor products, or personalized gifts, we ask that you review this policy before placing a custom order.

Custom Order Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including names, wording, colors, sizes, quantities, artwork, logos, vehicle details, event information, and any other custom details needed to complete the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once a custom order has been approved or production has started, changes may not be possible.

Design Approval

If Spin City Motor Club provides a proof, preview, or design sample, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval.

Once a design is approved, we will begin production. After approval, Spin City Motor Club is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong dates, incorrect vehicle information, sizing issues, color choices, or design placement concerns.

Artwork, Logo, and Copyright Agreement

By placing an order and submitting artwork, logos, photos, images, or design files, you certify that:

You own the rights to the artwork, logo, image, or design, or
You have permission or a license to reproduce and use the artwork.

Spin City Motor Club will not knowingly print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you have the legal right to use it. By submitting your file, you accept full responsibility for the content provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork, logo, photo, phrase, or design that may violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property laws.

Photo, Artwork, and File Quality

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality artwork, photos, logos, and print-ready files whenever possible.

Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry photos, dark images, cropped files, or pixelated artwork may not print clearly. We will do our best to produce a quality item, but the final result depends on the quality of the file provided.

Colors and Product Appearance

Colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your phone, tablet, or computer screen. Screen brightness, display settings, product materials, printing methods, and lighting can all affect how colors appear.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless color matching is requested and approved before production. Color matching may require an additional fee and extra production time.

Apparel Sizes and Product Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct apparel size, product type, color, and quantity before placing an order.

Because custom apparel and merchandise are made specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, wrong colors, or product choices selected by the customer.

Changes After Ordering

We are happy to help with changes whenever possible. However, once design work, printing, cutting, embroidery, production, or material preparation has started, changes may not be available.

If a change can still be made, additional design, material, or production fees may apply.

Cancellations

Custom orders must be canceled as soon as possible.

Once artwork has been prepared, materials have been ordered, production has started, or the order has been approved, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund and Responsibility Policy

All custom products are made to your submitted file specifications and approved order details. Because custom items are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Spin City Motor Club.

We are not responsible for:

Low-resolution files
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Incorrect product color or style selected by the customer
Color shifts unless color matching was requested and approved
Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
Incorrect names, dates, vehicle details, sponsor names, or event information
Poor-quality images, screenshots, or logos
Customer-approved proofs
Changes requested after production has started

If an error is made by Spin City Motor Club, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your custom item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the situation.

Event and Club Merchandise

Some custom items may be created for specific events, shows, rides, club meetings, sponsors, or limited-time promotions. These items may have strict ordering deadlines and may not be available after the event or promotion ends.

Event merchandise, sponsor items, and limited-edition custom products are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Spin City Motor Club.

Production Time

Custom orders require time to design, prepare, and produce. Production time may vary depending on the product, order size, event deadline, material availability, and current workload.

Rush orders may be available upon request, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Spin City Motor Club before purchase. Rush fees may apply.
