Shipping Policy
At Spin City Motor Club, we want every order to arrive safely, accurately, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order for merchandise, apparel, decals, event items, or custom products.
Processing & Shipping Time
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders may ship within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and whether the item is custom-made or event-related.
Custom merchandise, personalized products, apparel, decals, sponsor items, and event products may require additional production time before shipping. Production time may vary depending on the item, order size, artwork approval, material availability, and current workload.
Event Merchandise & Preorders
Some Spin City Motor Club items may be created for specific events, car shows, rides, club meetings, sponsor promotions, or limited-time preorders.
Event merchandise and preorder items may not ship immediately. Shipping or pickup dates will depend on the production schedule and event deadline. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Customer Pickup
Customer pickup may be available for select orders, event merchandise, or club items.
If customer pickup is available, we will notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to pick up your order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Additional delivery charges caused by customer error, including incorrect street address, apartment number, zip code, missing information, or address changes after shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Tracking Information
Please provide a valid email address when placing your order.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your email also allows us to contact you if there is a question or issue with your order.
Damaged Packages
We do our best to package all orders carefully. However, once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for handling and delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
After reviewing the issue, Spin City Motor Club may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the situation.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Spin City Motor Club is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged due to carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, or porch piracy.
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, the customer is responsible for securing the package from the delivery location.
If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local carrier, building office, front desk, or delivery location first. We will do our best to assist with available tracking information.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Spin City Motor Club because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or customer error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error made by Spin City Motor Club.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order, destination, carrier, package size, and weight. Shipping rates may vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping method selected.
Any available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may require adjusted shipping charges to ensure accurate shipping costs.
If shipping costs increase after the order is placed, we may contact you to confirm the new total before shipping.
Tracking may not always be available for APO and FPO addresses.
