Welcome to Spin City Motor Club. By using our website, placing an order, registering for an event, purchasing merchandise, submitting artwork, or participating in club-related activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing any purchase, registration, or custom order.

At Spin City Motor Club, we are committed to creating a positive experience for our customers, members, sponsors, and automotive community. These terms help protect both our organization and our customers by keeping expectations clear.

General Disclaimer

Prices, product details, event details, promotions, availability, dates, locations, and website information are subject to change without notice.

While we make every effort to keep our website accurate, mistakes may happen. If an item, event, price, promotion, or product description is listed incorrectly, Spin City Motor Club reserves the right to correct the error.

If an error affects your order or registration, we may contact you by phone or email and give you the option to accept the corrected information or cancel the order before processing or production begins.

Orders and Purchases

Before submitting an order, please carefully review all information, including:

Size
Color
Quantity
Personalized details
Artwork or logo files
Billing information
Shipping address
Event or pickup details

Once an order has been submitted, processed, approved, or placed into production, changes may not be possible.

Custom Merchandise and Personalized Orders

Many Spin City Motor Club items may be custom-made, personalized, limited edition, event-related, or produced specifically for a customer, sponsor, club member, or event.

Because custom items are made to order, all custom and personalized products are generally considered final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Spin City Motor Club.

Customers are responsible for making sure all spelling, names, dates, vehicle details, sponsor information, logos, sizes, colors, and design details are correct before submitting or approving an order.

Artwork, Logos, and Copyright Responsibility

By placing an order and submitting artwork, logos, photos, images, phrases, or design files, you certify that:

You own the rights to the artwork, logo, image, or design, or
You have permission or a license to reproduce and use the artwork.

Spin City Motor Club will not knowingly print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you have the legal right to use it. By submitting your file, you accept full responsibility for the content provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork, logo, image, phrase, or design that may violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property laws.

File Quality and Color

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality files, logos, and images.

Low-resolution files, screenshots, blurry photos, dark images, cropped files, or pixelated artwork may not print clearly. The final result depends heavily on the quality of the file provided.

Colors may appear different from what you see on your phone, tablet, or computer screen. Screen brightness, display settings, product materials, printing methods, and lighting may affect the final color.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless color matching is requested and approved before production. Additional fees and production time may apply.

Payments

Payment must be completed before an order, registration, or custom product is processed unless otherwise approved by Spin City Motor Club.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, online payment options, or other methods shown at checkout.

Orders, registrations, and merchandise are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers must be entered at checkout when the order is placed.

Discounts cannot be applied after an order has already been submitted. Promotions may change, expire, or end at any time without notice.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

Once design work has started, materials have been prepared, production has begun, event registration has been processed, or merchandise has been reserved, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

If a cancellation is approved after work has started, cancellation fees, design fees, material costs, or processing fees may apply.

Returns and Refunds

All custom-made, personalized, event-related, limited-edition, and preorder items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Spin City Motor Club.

We are not responsible for:

Low-resolution files
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Incorrect product color or style selected by the customer
Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
Incorrect names, dates, vehicle details, sponsor names, or event information
Color shifts unless color matching was requested and approved
Poor-quality images, screenshots, or logos
Customer-approved proofs
Changes requested after production has started
Missed event attendance by the customer

If Spin City Motor Club makes an error, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged or incorrect item
The packaging
The shipping label
Any visible damage

After reviewing the issue, Spin City Motor Club may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the situation.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Spin City Motor Club is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, carrier errors, weather delays, porch piracy, or packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or customer error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Event Registrations

Some purchases may include event registrations, show entries, club activities, vendor spaces, sponsorships, or participation in Spin City Motor Club events.

Event dates, times, locations, rules, vendors, entertainment, and schedules may change due to weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, staffing, permits, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Registration fees, vendor fees, and event-related purchases may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

Event Participation and Safety

By participating in any Spin City Motor Club event, ride, meetup, show, or gathering, participants agree to follow all posted rules, venue rules, local laws, traffic laws, safety instructions, and staff directions.

Participants are responsible for their own vehicles, personal property, guests, behavior, and actions.

Spin City Motor Club is not responsible for accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, theft, loss, fines, tickets, towing, or personal property damage that may occur before, during, or after an event.

Photos, Videos, and Media

Spin City Motor Club events may include photography, video recording, livestreaming, or social media coverage.

By attending or participating in an event, you understand that photos or videos may be taken in public event areas and may be used for promotional, website, social media, marketing, or club-related purposes.

If you have a concern about a specific photo or video, please contact us and we will review the request.

Code of Conduct

Spin City Motor Club is committed to providing a respectful and enjoyable environment for customers, members, guests, vendors, sponsors, and participants.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove participants from events, cancel registrations, or deny future participation for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, illegal, or harmful to the reputation of Spin City Motor Club.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using merchandise and products as intended.

Spin City Motor Club is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, washing mistakes, improper installation of decals, exposure to heat or weather, incorrect application, or failure to follow care or installation instructions.

Website Information

We make every effort to display product photos, event details, colors, sizes, descriptions, pricing, and availability accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, production methods, product availability, event changes, or website errors.

Spin City Motor Club reserves the right to update product information, pricing, event details, policies, and website content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Spin City Motor Club is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, services, events, shipping carriers, customer-submitted files, customer-approved designs, or event participation.

Our responsibility for any product-related issue is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Right to Refuse Service

Spin City Motor Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, registration, participation, or service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate content, copyright concerns, abusive communication, suspected fraud, unsafe behavior, pricing errors, event issues, or product availability concerns.

Spin City Motor Club may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
